The human body has a design blueprint that we all share. Your body’s alignment is designed to have the ankles, knees, hips and shoulders stacked vertically on top of each other and to be symmetrical left to right.
Weight is distributed equally front to back and side to side.
When your skeleton, or posture, is properly aligned this way, the musculoskeletal system is functioning optimally and the body is strong, mobile, stable, balanced and moves efficiently without pain.
