BEFORE:

Can you see the huge curve in my lower back that caused my belly to protrude? This was caused by my pelvis sitting in a forward tilted position. This caused extra pressure, strain and pain in my lower back. Note also the upper back rounding causing shoulder and back tension. 

AFTER

Notice how the lower back curve has reduced significantly and the pelvis is in a more neutral position. As a result, the upper back rounding is reduced and the belly is flatter. This translates into no lower back pain and no shoulder/upper back tension. 

BEFORE:

Note the turned out feet, wide stance and valgus knee stress causing stress and strain in the hips, knees and feet. This person suffered from tight adductors and groin/hip pain.

Notice how the stance is less wide indicating more stability in the hips. The legs are more aligned and the feet are straighter indicating better function and stability in the legs. This translates into the adductors feeling more comfortable and hip/groin pain diminishing.

Hi, I’m Mona. and I'm a big tennis fan - it's the reason that drove me to perservere to find the solution to my pain. 

I refused to give into a lifetime of pain or painkillers. The scientist in me knew there was a logical reason I was in pain - I was determined to fix my back, hip and sciatic pain at the root cause. 

I made it my mission to learn about the body and research where pain comes from biomechanically.....and how to fix it.
