I Felt Like A Medical Mystery. 

I didn’t have any accident or trauma that caused my pain. It seemingly came out of nowhere and it became a nightmare. 

I felt like a prisoner to the pain and every day was a battle against an invisible enemy. The pain robbed me of the ability to play tennis, my favourite thing.  Sitting at work was an excruciatingly painful nightmare, that stopped me doing my best work.

No matter what I did, pain was there. 

A persistent nuisance that didn’t get the message to leave me alone.

I was not myself. My life felt like it was on hold. I was only 30 years old.

I felt like a medical mystery, as one treatment after the other failed to eliminate the pesky pain.

I was perplexed why no-one could figure out a solution. I was not the first person to have this kind of pain.

The ‘solution’ I was given was painkillers and other medications. Being so young, the landscape in front of me, of just numbing the pain with medication, seemed like a failure.

This lack of movement has painful consequences, as the body loses the ability to move with effortless, pain-free ease. 

A pain-free body can be regained simply by reverting to the fundamentals of restoring the inherent movements we were born with. 

In a few minutes a day, we can provide our body with the much-needed movement and balance it is craving. 

It doesn't need anyone to fix you. You have the power to restore pain-free movement yourself and stay pain-free for life.
