I understand pain and how it gets in the way of everything. 
I suffered for 13 years with back, hip and sciatic pain. I tried everything under the sun without success. It was either a lifetime of pain or a lifetime of painkillers. 

I refused to do either. Instead, I persisted in finding a solution that addressed the root cause of my pain.

After a few years of diligent research, I eventually found the solution and now I'm pain-free, living life on my terms. 

My experience taught me that the number 1 reason people struggle to get rid of pain is because they're trying to solve the wrong problem. Therapies and pills focus on the symptom, but the site of pain is very rarely the source of pain.

Most long-term pain is caused by muscle imbalances that cause compromised posture and movement patterns.

The area that hurts is usually the victim, rather than the culprit. It's compensating for something else that's not moving well, because the body has lost its natural alignment. An example is back pain caused by hips no longer working well from years of sedentary living. The back has to chime in and help dysfunctional hips, resulting in the back overworking and hurting. 
Restoring natural movement and alignment to the whole body allows pain to naturally disappear. It's a bit like restoring 'factory settings' to the body. All the clunky, painful, imbalanced movements disappear. Instead, your body moves efficiently, effortlessly and pain-free, as it's naturally designed to do.
