Now I help other sports-loving women get out of pain and back into the game for good. I use my Posture Alignment qualification from the eminent Egoscue Institute, together with my unique Pain-Free Pathway to help you eliminate pain.
Before I found this calling, I worked in academic research and publishing for a short time. I
then spent 13 years creating medical education resources for doctors, patients and the
pharmaceutical industry.
I love what I do now and I've never felt so excited to get out of bed on a Monday morning.
